  worst service ever, went to see if they would price match against Harvey norman, female staff member wasn't interested (just told that's price), as we went to walk out, heard old male person(believe manager) say that's bullshit, no way bullshit. When we asked what he is talking about he said no way for that price, I showed him the photo of the ticket saying Gasmate pizza oven + stand $599. he changed slightly his attitude, but disrespectful, this is the second time we have had disappointing service, previous we went in to try and get 2 more chairs to match the outdorr setting we purchased from elsewhere. Same female staff member said ours is better quality that's why its dearer, it's poorer qty of chairs you have. As a manager I never put down anything someone else purchases, training is very much needed in this store.

  Excellent 1 hour of shopping friendly helpful staff who know their products and are passionate about them. Saturday bought Comtempo couch setting @ 2 pm - delivered by BJ @ 3pm - assembled (easy) by 4pm - drinking bubbles with friends on setting by 6pm. Very happy customer - will be back again soon
