  Excellent, comfortable, affordable family accomodation. Fran does a wonderful job of looking after you. Great place to relax and watch the kids play. Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. We will return

  Fran fit us in at the last minute with the whole town of Rocky seemingly booked out. We appreciated so much her kindness and the little touches that made the trip pleasant. The Villas were modern, clean and super comfortable, and it was nice to be staying at the only place in town with green grass. The kangaroos appreciated it and so did we, with plenty of space for our children to play and not disturb anyone. I would recommend this place to anyone, and will be returning myself if I am ever in Rocky again.

  An extra modern room with all you need. Located just outside of town so not really walking distance to anywhere but probably one of the nicest motels I've stayed in for a long time. Great views around the area and a chance to see wild kangaroos. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying here if stopping in Rockhampton on your way to a big city.

  Excellent service. Brand new and clean. Impressed by fully wheelchair accessible bathroom and door entries. Beds are so comfy too!
