  Horrible company. Avoid if at all possible. They claimed they had delivered when they had not. They will not attempt to deliver a second time. My only option is to pick up from their depot that is only open from 6:00 to 8:00 on certain days. Schlock outfit

  Friendly employees and fast shipping, however their missed delivery card contains no address of their warehouse, no phone number, no pick up times and no opening days or hours. Once I peeled back the sticker covering their company name, I managed to locate them on google which also contains no opening hours or pick up times. Thanks to a previous review made by another, I made it just in time to pick up my goods before the weekend. 6:00 am to 8:30am is a really inconvenient time frame for a company that believes in outstanding and innovative customer service as core values. If you are given the option, I would suggest using Star Track, Couriers Please or Australia Post in the Rockhampton region, as they provide information on where and when to collect your goods or who to contact, as well as decent buisness opening hours for pick up.

  I wish I could give zero star. Terrible service. They accept any fast service freight from main cities but can't deliver and the pick up time is the most unsuitable period. Why would they accept a parcel if it's out of their delivery zone, I wonder. every time a supplier has used them to send us something, we have been crying.
